Dave Cloud (August 3, 1956 – February 18, 2015), un musicien, storyteller, acteur, de Nashville,  un brin déjanté.
Il est surtout connu comme figure de proue du combo  The Gospel of Power , un groupe underground ayant sorti une série d'albums qui, malgré le patronyme choisi, n'ont rien à voir avec le Christian rock.
Drowned in Sound qui analysait 'Practice in the Milky Way' de 2011, concluait à l'époque :
If you don’t love this album, you’ll probably hate it!

Les magazines soul US titrent  Kenneth ‘Wally’ Kelley, the last surviving founding member of the Manhattans, has died.
 Kenneth was 72.
Il suit de près  Blue Lovett et Sonny Bivins, partis en décembre.
Gerald Alston qui avait rejoint les Manhattans en 1970 est le seul survivant du line-up le plus populaire du soul group du New Jersey.

 Paco Carreno était le batteur du punk-rock band anglais Conflict.

 Francisco “Paco” Carreno avait 49 ans, il tenait également les baguettes chez Inner Terrestrials, a stomping mix of dub, punk, ska, folk and general anarchic danceability.
